Schönes, großes Haus, großer Garten mit riesigem Pool und eigenem Strand. 6 etwa gleich große Schlafzimmer mit Balkon und eigener Dusche/WC. Super WLAN, modernes Smart – TV. Umfangreiche KĂŒchenausstattung, leider war das Geschirr nicht ganz sauber. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, nach vier Tagen wird noch mal geputzt und es gibt neue HandtĂŒcher, auch fĂŒr den Pool. Nur die grĂŒnen Algen im Pool stören.

Wir haben diese Woche mit unserer Familie sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt in absoluter Ruhelage, weit weg vom Tourismus. GeschĂ€fte und Restaurant sind fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar. Der Kontakt mit Aline ist superprofessionell und sehr freundlich. Alle unsere Anliegen wurden sofort beantwortet bzw erledigt. Wir durften sogar schon vor dem Check-in in die Villa und am Abreisetag konnten wir bis 16h bleiben. Vielen Dank dafĂŒr! Das einzige kleine Manko wĂ€re dass die Villa schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist und die Zimmer doch ziemlich klein sind. Der Außenbereich lĂ€ĂŸt aber keine WĂŒnsche offen, Luxus pur. Es war eine unvergessliche Woche

Amazing property with everything anyone could need for a comfortable and fun stay. A vehicle is essential but the villa is so nice, you won’t feel like going out anyway. Just enough host visits to make sure we were happy without be obtrusive. Would highly, highly recommend and would live to return

Perfect holiday

The location of the house and its facilities were great. Being 5 meters from the pool and 20 meters from the sea gives indescribable freedom and happiness. We had a perfect holiday as 12 adults and 2 children. It was extremely nice to have a bathroom, WC and air conditioning in every room of the house. Having a constant sweet breeze was also very good in not feeling the heat. It's a place I would visit again if I had the chance and I would definitely recommend it.

Ein perfekter Urlaub

Die Villa war perfekt. Genau wie auf den Bildern abgebildet. In der Umgebung findet man alles was man braucht, eine schöne Strandbar, GeschĂ€fte, etc. Teta war sehr hilfsbereit und stand jederzeit zur VerfĂŒgung. Vielen Dank dafĂŒr!

Great family vacation

We spent an unforgettable vacation with the family - three generations - us, our children and grandchildren. The villa is wonderful with all amenities and ideal for a stay with small children. Theta was very helpful and arranged everything we needed including cribs and highchairs for the children. There are many toys for children in the villa. It should be mentioned, that there is no shampoo, soap and shower gel in the bathrooms. We warmly recommend the villa.

Fabulous!

The villa and location are perfect for a relaxing holiday for family and friends - the villa was fantastic for our group of 10 inc kids and teens - right by the sea with the beach at the end of the garden, an enormous pool and a shady tree to sit under and listen to the waves! The villa is located on the quieter side of Rhodes which was perfect for us - but shops and tavernas in the local villages and not too far to drive to anywhere on the island - car essential though! A special mention to Teta the property manager who couldn’t have been more helpful - a few things needed sorting and she was always there to help. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great family vacation

We stayed at the villa with our 3 grown children, their partners and 2 grandbabies age 5 mths and 6 mths. There was lots of room and privacy for everyone. Teta, was great and looked after all our needs. She arranged for cribs/cots and high chairs for the babies. She also arranged a cook to come in for an evening at our request. She was truly wonderful. We enjoyed family walks into the nearby village square for coffee - a pleasant 20-25 minute stroll along the country lanes. Be careful when arriving and get directions to the villa as google maps will take you on dirt tracks through the olive orchards and grape fields! It was an adventure but one we were happy not to have to repeat as there is a paved road that goes to the villa! We had a relaxing time with family away from crowded tourist areas. It was an easy drive to the airport and into Old Town Rhodes. You will definitely need a car for grocery shopping and sightseeing but the roads are good and driving was easy.

Our magical stay

Just returned from our all too short stay at Villa Ramann. This magnificent villa far exceeded our expectations. Spacious and beautifully appointed, we really couldn’t have asked for more. This villa has just about everything, a sumptuous living area, superbly equipped kitchen/diner and en suite bedrooms all with sweeping sea views towards the island of Simi and the Turkish mainland. Step outside and there’s a large patio, a huge pool set in well tended lawns leading directly to the sea, comfortable corners with sofas to lounge about and a fantastic barbecue area which kept us busy whilst we watched truly truly glorious sunsets. We’re so glad to have made Villa Ramman our base for exploring this lovely island and can’t wait to return. Oh, and a special mention for Teta who looked after us as though we were family or close friends.

A great week to spent this gorgeous Villa. Highly recommended

We stayed this week in this wonderful Villa. The house, the garden and swimming pool are just impecable. The sunsets and the view of the island of Simi in-front are simply amazing especially with a glass of wine in the very comfortable Jacuzzi. It is the ultimate place for relaxation. We combined cooking for ourselves and going out to the tabernas of the area which were good as well. Last but certainly not least, Teta, the house keeper actively saw to it that we are perfectly treated and not missing anything. We will certainly repeat.

Wonderful location for a wonderful vacation

We were a group of 7 friends that came to celebrate a birthday. The house was wonderful, spacious, comfortable, and beautiful. The pool was great, the beach was fun, the the general location was excellent for morning walks and runs. The fields near the house reminded us of southern France with the grape Vines. For food we could either walk or do a short car trip to the nearby village of Fanes, our if we wanted more stores we took an 8 min car trip to Soroni with super markets and other stores. Being on the Non-tourist part of the island everything was quiet and friendly. When we did want some action or more of the tourist attractions we got into the car and drove between 30-60 minutes to the mountains or the other side of the island. The city of Rhodes itself is about 35 min drive. In short- this is a wonderful property, both quiet and near anything you need for a wonderful vacation. Loved it!

Wonderful villa

The villa was stunning. Some small issues that were resolved promptly. As we were early in the season it would have been nice if the pool was heated. This fabulous amenity was unfortunately unusable during our stay, being colder than the sea.

Great position

The property is on the beach and beautiful position the pool is big and great for all of us. The manager who looked after us Teta was lovely and very helpful. Only downside was we were there for 2 weeks and nobody changed bedding and we had to wash our own bedding and towels and clean the villa everyday so the wives were not very happy about that but we enjoyed our stay.

Traumhafte Unterkunft

Wir waren mit 12 Erwachsenen in dieser Villa. Die Managerin Teta war sehr um unser Wohlbefinden bemĂŒht und hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Villa ist sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet es fehlt an nichts. Der einzige Kritikpunkt: es waren nicht fĂŒr alle 12 Personen WeinglĂ€ser vorhanden. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen 👍
