It was the second time I stayed in this hotel, but this time the check-in process was slow. The receptionist does not seem to be enjoying his job. Also, for a room with 3-4 people, leaving a half-used toilet paper seemed like a lack of attention.

Overall it was ok, decorations were nice, however Dining options at the hotel were not as much available. Menu has few options when is not regular time for breakfast. Also staff had mixed attitudes: I was told there was no room service, after requesting more bathroom rug. However the other front desk staff saw me at the elevator and offer to bring the rug to the apartment. The check in wait time was longer than I am used to. About 25 min Long

Quarto bem pequeno. No banheiro não tinham colocado sabonete liquido, o controle da tv não funcionava. Fui alguma vezes na recepção, trocaram a pilha, porém o problema era no controle remoto mesmo. Enfim, essas questões devem ser checadas antes da liberação dos quartos. E enquanto estava la na recepção, outros hospedes com problemas de controle remoto do ar condicionado entre outros. Depois que estamos no quarto , queremos descansar, ficar sossegado e não ficar subindo e descendo para resolver problemas do quarto.

O café da manhã foi o que mais deixou a desejar: além da pouca variedade, os pães e bolos não eram frescos. Além disso, o horário vai até às 10h30 e, às 10h, o ovo frito acabou e nos foi relatado que não seria feita reposição. Ainda, houve falta de água por cerca de 120 minutos durante uma noite - algo inédito para nós. Pelo menos as acomodações eram confortáveis, mas esses itens deixaram muito a desejar.

O Hotel é bom, mas a manutenção é muito precária. Fiz o check-in, meu quarto estava com o ar-condicionado com a tampa levantada e não estava funcionando. Trocaram de quarto, para o que fui, porta-xampu vazio e sem toalha de rosto( essa dizem que não fornecem, não entendi). Pela manhã fui para a Academia e o principal equipamento estava quebrado. Uma pena , um hotel bom, mas com falhas na manutenção e gestão de tudo isso.

O quarto nao foi limpo tão pouco arrumado a cama. Faltou agua 2 dias mas me ofereceram mudar de apto. O cafe da manhã no primeiro dia os paes estavam bem secos e os bolos também. Tudo parecia bonito, porém algumas coisas secas. Os funcionários da recepcao foram altamente educados.
