The property is clean and the gym is new. The bed was comfortable and the room seemingly has everything you need . The issues ..heating and cooling is a mess . There is one vent in the bathroom that heats or cools the room .. I went over thanksgiving and the room was so hot I needed a fan ( which the front desk gave me) . I stayed 3 nights and the last night I just turned the thermostat off . One of the elevators was broken. And even someone who worked there said it's been a problem. Kind of a shame for a new property . I won't be staying here again

The air did not work and I was unable to sleep. it was so warm and stuffy and it was considerably cooler outside. I always look forward to staying in a hotel for the cold rooms. At 3am the night shift brought me a fan and I clarified with her that I properly turned down the thermostat and that the unit was indeed on. I couldn’t switch rooms because it was so late that I couldn’t move a sleeping toddler that I had to strip naked to sleep and hour prior. If you like a cold and unstuffy room, don’t book here.

My room was next to the stairwell and all night long the door would slam shut every time someone went out that way. It was incredibly disappointing. I only slept 2 hours as a result.

Check in was at 4pm and didn’t check in until after 6 because rooms wasn’t finished I was ready to cancel my stay till they told me a room was available that supposed to been like the one I booked but it wasn’t & to see the toilet was really loose . very inconvenient and was over it at that point.

Room was clean but it was not the room we booked, they didnt have the room we booked and said it was changed the day prior to our checking in. Noone has still called me back to make sure I wasnt charged for the king bedroom suite when i got a double bed!!
