I love the location, close to VCU and downtown. Great restaurants within walking distance. The staff was great, the front desk very welcoming. The valets were the kindest and most pleasant staff, very accommodating. I felt that the walls of the rooms were thin, could hear others, but overall, people are not loud at this hotel. I would stay again.

Excellent Stay

Quick overnight trip, check in was easy, parking directly across the street, great little bar in hotel. Rooms were clean and staff friendly. Next time in Richmond this is where we will stay.

The hotel is located in downtown Richmond, steps away from the Virginia Capital Trail, ideal for running, walking and biking along the James River. The staff was exteremely friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our room-service dinner and breakfast in the hotel restaurant.
