The sheets had some stains, overall bedding just felt kind of dirty. There was also a water issue in the room; the sink had little water pressure and the hot water in the shower was not working.

The room was clean and staff were great. The 2 elevators in the lobby didn’t work so we either had to have staff take us up the service elevator or walk up 5 flights of steps. I would have expected they would have had an elevator service company bypass the key card scanner to make the elevator function.
