Room was unsanitary, burn holes and stains on carpet, curtains and linens & comforters. Bugs dead on floors and smeared on walls. Front desk was unhelpful and uncaring. Will never stay here again. Filed complaint with customer relations.

Room was dirty, linen was dirty, bed spread was stained. Room smelled like excessive lysol over cigarette smoke. After consideration, I decided to check out and not use the room! So my plan to stay in the area after a long day and get a good nights sleep never happened. I left and continued my drive tired!

We arrived after a long drive to find dirty bedding. When given the option to use two other rooms they were even dirtier. I could not stay in such a health hazard and left and was not given a refund. I plan to take this to social media if I don’t get some resolve.

This was the most poorly kept hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. The power outlets aren’t properly mounted to the wall and are a fire hazard. The whole room and especially the AC unit had years of dust and grime caked to it. There were stains on the sheets, and I was genuinely concerned for the safety of my family.

Room was clean, bedding clean, but had seen better days. Liked the fact that 1 pet says for free, they only charge a fee for the second pet. Red roof no longer has breakfast. Did have coffee and hot water in the morning. No lids.
