Front desk clerk wasn’t friendly and spoke very low. Also our TV wasn’t working and after a 10-hour drive we wanted to just relax but had to switch rooms after settling in.

Reserved a room with 2 beds and a pull out bed in it since traveling with 6 of us total. After arriving at the hotel from traveling over 17 hours, come to find out that they didn’t have the room and had to squeeze all of us on a single King bed and a couch. It was extremely uncomfortable and crammed. Not the experience I was hoping for.

We enjoyed how quiet our stay seemed to be. The room was comfortable and setup in a way which was great for our family of 6. The breakfast was wonderful and it was nice to have an indoor pool option to enjoy. We did wish that the bathroom door had a lock on it- as the sliding door made it easy to be interrupted by younger ones and the pool temperature was extremely cold though our kids still seemed to enjoy it. The staff was extremely welcoming and friendly.

First room we checked into toilet didn’t flush. Second room they moved us to was next to a utility closet that had a mechanical whining noise all night long. Couch in the room had stains on it. Breakfast was average at best. Quality and choices not very good.
