Though clean and comfortable, I would not stay there again. We didn’t feel safe, some of the clientele seem to be permanently residing there (and seem to be of shady reputation…) and first night there were kids running and being rowdy until very late. And then on the second night some people (looked like “organized” people) were sort of partying outside our room (walls are like, paper thin) and I had to call reception to get them to quiet down. Im not one to act like a Karen, but it was very off putting as an experience. I am all for people getting together and having fun, and families travelling however no one was mindful that this is a share facility where others may also want to get some rest (and paid for that too!). Staff was very friendly and helpful tho.

Honestly wasn’t expecting much, but Roger’s Motel turned out to be such a pleasant surprise. The room is spotless, updated, and way cozier than I expected. Super quiet, comfy bed, great parking right at the door, and the staff are genuinely kind people—not the fake “customer service voice” kind either. Everything feels well taken care of, and you can tell they actually care about the place. Perfect little stop if you’re passing through Smiths Falls or need somewhere affordable but clean and comfortable to crash. Definitely would stay again!

Very comfortable bed and clean. They’ve refurbished most of the unit which is great, but would suggest they replace the bathroom door and frame, and the toilet paper holder to match the rest of the upgrade
