Host was excellent and we loved the contactless entry into the property! The cabin was very clean and as described. Location was great for Big Cedar activities. (I would not want to stay here during a Thunder Ridge performance, though, unless I was attending the performance as traffic could be crippling.)We really enjoyed the fire table and hot tub in the evenings and had a fire in the fireplace one afternoon. The facilities were nice and we relaxed in the living room and enjoyed the record player (nice touch)! We had a bit of trouble getting the fire table to light - but a quick message to the host and she responded immediately! (We just had to change out the gas tank - no problem!) I would stay here again and recommend it.The only reason I did not give the highest rating may not be the owner or hostâs issue. But Iâve never stayed anywhere where there were so many vaguely threatening rules. I donât know if these are rules of the subdivision or this exact cabin - and maybe theyâve had trouble with past guests? There were warnings galore about damaging the hot tub, repeated communication about charges for late exit⊠We even had to clean our own ashes out of the fireplace. It did slightly taint the relaxation factor of our getaway.Again - not sure if these caveats are property or subdivision issues.Overall - I do recommend!
