It was a bit disappointing that parts of the parking lot were still covered in snow due to the heavy snowfall. However, the staff were friendly.

Staff were great, especially during snowstorm. The room needs an upgrade, the heater sounded like it was eating marbles when it kicked on and didnt get very warm. A lot of other hotels have upgraded to smart tvs. Room just overall rundown. The pool was great most of the time but the last day it was ice cold, there is no longer a hot tub as advertised on expedia. Plowing from the storm was subpar, most spaces unusable due to a foot of snow, doesnt seem like plow ever came back after height of storm.
