Hotel was clean and nice but not 5⭐️ place. I had made special orders and arrangements via email with the hotel, but these were not fulfilled. The sparkling wine I ordered was warm, and the meals I ordered were incorrect and incomplete. I did receive the correct items after negotiating at the front desk (and showing them the email conversations), but there was no apology at any point. A waiter also attempted to come to our room at night while we were sleeping, but left quickly after I jumped because we were sleeping. Again, there was no apology for this incident. The spa and pool area were supposed to be available to us throughout the weekend within the mentioned hours, but the next day, there was a notice in the elevator stating that the area was closed to guests due to a private event. This must have been known earlier, so it's odd that this wasn't communicated. The hotel staff at reception or elsewhere never made eye contact or greeted us upon arrival, which I believe is basic customer service. Additionally, the room's air conditioning did not work, so we slept poorly each night in a room that was too hot for us. Furthermore, the bathroom floor heating did not function, leading us to believe that these amenities were just for show. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent, and most of the 3-star rating comes from this aspect. Overall ok hotel but dont expect 5⭐️ experience.
