Beautiful Property

The apartment is better than the description. The building is beautiful and the owner lives and works there so you can always ask for help. A washing machine is a help. There is a tram stop (#5) in front of the home and from there I can go anywhere on connecting buses and trams. It is very quiet outside and easy to sleep. I stay in a lot of rental properties and this was an excellent choice and a great value for what I received.

First visit to Riga

The apartment was very nice. The host (Karlis) communicated well and accurately. We would definitely stay with him again. His tips (especially Bolt cars, which are like Ubers) made it very easy and inexpensive to get around. The one negative is the immediate neighborhood is not enjoyable to walk around, but a couple Euros Bolt ride gets you to the most interesting parts of the city.

Das Apartment war einfach super. Alles Bestens. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter funktioniert über die FeWo-direkt App innerhalb von Minuten.Im Nebengebäude ist ein gutes Restaurant, welches die Speisen auch zum Apartment liefert. Einfach toll.Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt.Wir kommen wieder

Eine tolle Woche in Riga

Wir waren das erste Mal in Riga und hätten keine bessere Unterkunft haben können. Der Eigentümer ist super nett, antwortet schnell und hat bei der Einrichtung des Appartments tolle Arbeit geleistet. An Ausstatttung fehlte nichts. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Von der Wohnung aus ist man mit dem Bus sehr schnell (und sehr günstig) in der City. Um die Ecke gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt und eine tolle Bäckerei.
