Free breakfast is served daily, and guests can also enjoy a free nightly manager's reception. Public spaces have free WiFi. A rooftop terrace, spa services, and barbecue grills are also featured at the family-friendly Villa Gaudia, Luxury Villa with pool, A-C. An airport shuttle (available 24 hours) and an area shuttle are available for a fee. Limited free parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. A complete renovation of Villa Gaudia, Luxury Villa with pool, A-C was completed in January 2021. This Tuscan-style Rignano sull'Arno townhouse is smoke free.

Villa Gaudia, Luxury Villa with pool, A-C offers 5 air-conditioned accommodations with private pools and outdoor private hot tubs. Rooms open to furnished balconies or patios. This individually decorated and furnished accommodation has separate sitting areas and includes fireplaces and kitchen islands. Beds feature Egyptian cotton sheets, down duvets and premium bedding. A pillow menu is available. Kitchens offer full-sized fridge/freezers, stovetops, microwaves and separate dining areas. Bathrooms include a shower with a rainfall showerhead, slippers, complimentary toiletries and hairdryers. Guests can surf the web using the complimentary wireless Internet access (speed: 50+ Mbps). Additionally, rooms include complimentary bottles of water and an iron/ironing board. Housekeeping is offered on a daily basis and in-room massages can be requested. Renovation of all guestrooms was completed in January 2021.
Guests are served a free buffet breakfast daily from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM. The town house accommodation hosts a free manager's reception daily.
