Located near Rimsting, our 120 m² holiday home on a south-facing slope accommodates up to 4 guests with 1 bedroom, 1 living room with sofa bed, 1 main bathroom, and a smaller bathroom with shower. You will find a well-equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi for video calls, TV with video-on-demand, washing machine, dryer, and a workspace. Families have access to a high chair as well as shared toys and books for children. Self check-in ensures a convenient arrival.



Enjoy the stunning panoramic view from the private garden, the covered balcony, or the spacious open terrace. The gas grill belonging to the apartment lets you prepare wonderful barbecues.



A covered parking space is available. Dogs are welcome.

The towns of Prien and Rimsting offer restaurants and shops, just 3 minutes away by car. In Prien, there is also a weekly market every Friday with a variety of regional specialties. Munich and Salzburg are each 1 hour away, and Wasserburg with its idyllic old town is only 30 minutes away.



The area offers numerous swimming options at the lakes, and Prien has an indoor and outdoor pool. The famous lake landscape invites you to explore. Bike and boat rentals are available nearby. You can also explore Lake Chiemsee by steamer and discover the islands with the royal palace. Or simply relax and enjoy the peace and views from the apartment.
