We lost our reservation at a vacation rental and this was the only option the day of. Our room was $1000/night which was outrageous. The property failed our expectations. We've stayed at a Ritz Carlton for $1200 and this was absolutely no comparison. We were in a suite because it was one of two rooms left and the king room would not have met our needs with our kids. The suite offered a kitchenette that gave 3 bowls, 3 plates, 3 spoons, 1 knife. Housekeeping services came daily however did not wash our dishes. Bar service at the pool was awful, as I felt invisible when approaching the bar to order a drink for us. A $300 deposit is taken for incidentals, but instead of deducting the charges from the $300, they charge your card additionally and then refund your deposit in 3-5 days. I do not recommend this resort.

We had a wonderful stay! We loved our room with the balcony facing the ocean. The bed was super cozy, amazing water pressure. The beach was perfect and the sunsets magical. Highly recommend this hotel and hope to be back someday!

There's no nightlife. They charged me a $300 hold even though the room was paid off. The restaurant is just a gazebo, and the room had several issues, like burnt-out light bulbs. There was a rusty screw on the floor that would cut you if you stepped on it. The hotel is nice, but there's nothing to do except the pool.

What a perfect location! Beach was nice as was the courtyard and pool area. We explored Rincon so sadly did not get to enjoy the amenities as much as I would have liked! We did not try the restaurants, but hope to on our next visit. Rooms were clean and the staff helpful

Great location with security guard/private entrance. The swim up bar was the best feature. Bartenders were awesome, fantastic drinks. Super clean property, comfortable bed, and complimentary shower gel/shampoo/conditioner. Private beach and chairs. Tons of local food and bars, just walk down the street or take a short drive downtown. Rental car is a must on this side of the island. Can’t wait to go back!
