We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house! The views were just amazing yet there was plenty of privacy. Several outdoor seating areas meant that everyone could find their own little nook for some peace and quiet. The beach was just a few minutes walk away yet we loved just hanging by the pool while listening to the roar of the ocean. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Wonderful family home

Our family of 9 had a wonderful time at this home- it was perfect for all ages. We had space to all spread out, as well as plenty of communal spaces for us to hang out together. The pool was great and there were plenty of nearby beaches for our surfers and sand fans! We loved the views, and everything about the property was very comfortable and easy to enjoy. There were lovely features like the outdoor grill space, kitchen ice maker, drink fridge, and plenty of indoor and outdoor dining spaces. We have traveled to many different places and have stayed in a variety of homes, and a couple of things we truly appreciated were the outdoor coral patio flooring around the pool which never got hot- we were able to walk on it even at the hottest part of the day, and the clay flooring inside the home that was smooth and held the perfect temperature and texture for walking barefoot. We would gladly return to stay here!

Absolutely Gorgeous!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tranquilo! The house accommodated our crew so comfortably. We loved the open air feel of the house and the pool was luxurious! The view is breathtaking, we even saw humpback whales breaching in the ocean as we floated in the pool! Communication with Erica was fantastic, we had a minor plumbing problem that was tended to on the same day with no inconvenience at all. The grounds are cared for weekly, the pool is clean and maintained twice a week which is nice. As others have mentioned, the hill leading up to the house is unbelievably steep! We laughed at how it could not be any steeper and be a vaible road! No problem though, those who cannot manage it can be transported by vehicle up and down, there are places to park at the bottom of the hill if needed. Also, the house is within walking distance to the beach, Big Kahuna Bar, Tamboo, Jack's Shack, Java Hut (?), Mango Surf Shop...We loved it and will definitely rent this house again!!

Fabulous

Fabulous house with wonderful pool and gorgeous views of the ocean. Our family of 9 ages 9-81 had a wonderful week of swimming, snorkeling, fishing, horseback riding, jet skiing and surfing all within close proximity to Tranquilo. Couldn’t imagine a more perfect place to spend our week.

The house was beautiful, roomy and comfortable for our adult group of 9. The layout allowed us to visit and not feel crowded. Our morning ocean view was a treat and our upper balcony star gazing was splendid. This house is close to dining spots, close to beaches and Rincon. Surf getaway

Beautiful home with a stunning view of the ocean. The living space was open and the 5 ensuites made it comfortable and private. The kitchen space was good for shared cooking experiences. The pool was spectacular and definitely the most loved part of the entire property. Unless you want to drive to the beach (we didn't) the walk down to beach access is pretty daunting. Not everyone in our party could make it - there is no path, just the road, that has a very steep pitch and was traveled pretty heavily due to construction at the house next door. The house itself was clean when we arrived. A huge bonus for the linens which smelled amazing and for providing plenty of beach towels. We also really appreciated having laundry detergent, dish soap and other necessities. Management was responsive with any issues we had (nothing major). While beautiful and clean, the house was a little dated and had a few things that needed repair - nothing that impacted our stay. Fresh cushions on the outdoor furniture and maybe updated living room furniture would be great. Overall, this was just what our extended family of 8 was looking for.

Beyond words!

Tranquilo is truly a paradise in Rincon. The home is stunning, the exterior is like your own private resort, and the property managers are on top of anything you might need while youre there. I cannot recommend this home highly enough.

Perfect Get-Away Beach Holiday

The Tranquilo property in Rincon , PR was everything we hoped for. Spacious with amazing views and sunsets. Perfect salt-water pool and 5 minute walk to one of the nicest family beaches on west coast of Puerto Rico. Everything needed was with a 10 minute drive.. supermarket, restaurants, breakfast cafes, etc. A couple of issues that arose were immediately taken care of with quick response time and super-capable local craftsmen. Our week was amazing!!

Great house and location

Great location off Sandy Beach. Close to beach bar restaurants. Hosts were attentive. The house is roomy and private even for my large family. It was well stocked. The views are incredible from inside the house the pool deck and outdoor seating areas. I highly recommend as it has both a great location as well as a large beautiful house with views.

Absolute Perfection

The description of Tranquillo is spot on. We travelled with 2 families, 4 parents and 4 kids ranging in age from 9-15. The house is comfortable and spacious. The pool and outdoor grilling area far surpassed my expectations. Rincon is a great area to travel with family or friends. I highly recommend this property. The communication with property management was fast and friendly. I cannot wait to return!

Great house, great location in the Rincon area

We had two families (4 adults, 6 kids ranging in age from 4 to 14) staying in the Tranquilo villa, and all of us would return to the house in a heartbeat. Great layout--plenty of room for everyone, plenty of privacy, and the view is even nicer than the photos depict. Communication with the hosts was excellent--very fast, very friendly, very easy all around. The location of the home was great, too--close to the beach but up a hill that provides the view and some serenity. Nearby food options within walking distance, and tons of restaurants within a 10-15 min drive. Highly recommended!

Perfect for our family

Walked in after a long day of travel to a clean house that smelled amazing! The view and pool were a huge hit for our family. We had age ranges from 8 years old to the grandparents and everyone really enjoyed the house. Great location at Sandy beach, we enjoyed the walk to the beach and had fun with who could race back up the hill after tacos at the Jack Shack and drinks at Tamboo. Easy responsive communication with the management team who even arranged a cleaning person to come during our long stay. Thank you for a lovely home where we made great lifelong family memories.
