My room was beautiful and great ocean view balcony but the front desk staff was rude and inconsiderate had dumb restrictions still 5 years after Covid, parking is terrible, non friendly waiters, etc….

Great experience, elegant and very friendly staff. Enjoyed the room, parking, pool, food, and bar. We WILL stay here again when we come to Rincon (and a lot less time in San Juan!/
