Experiência muito positiva. Imóvel excelente , bem localizado com tudo funcionando perfeitamente , próximo a praia. Bairro muito tranquilo com comércio bem próximo. Não poderia deixar de falar sobre os proprietários ( Sr. Fabio e sua esposa ) que são extremamente agradáveis , totalmente dispostos a auxiliar no que fosse preciso. Um diferencial na minha opinião. Antes de locar o apartamento me deu todas as informações necessárias com rapidez. Olhei vários imóveis , e de longe o atendimento e disposição em auxiliar foi o melhor ( mesmo ainda sem eu ter definido sobre a locação ) . Parabéns por tudo . Com certeza retornaremos e indicaremos para os amigos e familiares .
