Muito bom flat ar condicionado no quarto e sala de 12000 otimo, tv paga, pega tudo. Frente ao mar. Check-in e check out sem problemas dificuldade é a proprietaria responder mensagens precisei de pano de chao e acessorios para deixar limpo o flat. Mas deixamos o mais organizado , recolhemos lixo etc. Percebi que cheira gas o figao. E necessario ver, necessita, uma revisao em tomadas. O flat e bem equipado . Adoramos e voltaremos.

A pior experiência com locação

O imóvel estava imundo, os lençóis com vestígios de fluidos corporais, o sofá cheirava xixi e o banheiro estava com vazamento. A proprietária disse que não podia fazer nada naquele dia e concordou em fazer a devolução, saí do imóvel 30 minutos após minha chegada, portanto não me hospedei naquele lugar horrível e diferente da descrição. Logo, não reconheço o débito no meu cartão de crédito.

Por se tratar de um flat achei super espaçoso comporta muito bem 4 pessoas, localização privilegiada com vista pro mar, farmacia, restaurantes tudo em volta, muito muito bom !! Unico ponto negativo é que nao trocam toalhas e nem limpam o apartamento durante a estadia!!

Passei 5 dias no mês de janeiro de 2019 foi otima minha estadia mercados perto padaria de frente realmente do mar os funcionarios todos otimos , só tenho uma reclamação p fazer do sofá cama precisa trocar , pois meus filhos mau conseguiram dormir , do resto foi tudo maravilho.

Departamento cómodo. Buena ubicacion. Detalles a mejorar.

Ubicado en muy buena zona, departamento cómodo para 4 personas.Buen edificio con servicios.La gente del apart amable con buena predisposición. Supermercado cerca y lugares para comer.Hermosa playa enfrente.Buena vista. A mejorar: El aire acondicionado es muy ruidoso, y los sofa camas del living muy incómodos (uno estaba roto) hicimos el reclamo y trajeron un colchón de mínimas dimensiones. No tuvimos señal de televisión los primeros días, reclamamos y lo activaron.El departamento estaba limpio pero había cucarachitas.Habría que fumigar. No tuvimos contacto con el propietario durante la estadía.
