Had to move rooms bath was dirty with enamel off

Staff not very professional bath room filthy on arrival had to change room had to move me to another room veery noisy next door no plug for the bath took nearly a day to,get a plug, restaurant good selection of breakfast but took nearly an hour to order fried eggs, asked for coffee and was told yes but over 30 minutes and nothin served , asked for. Pot of tea just English tea told they had run out I asked if they could get some more I was told they would however no tea for 5 days they never got any. When moved to my new room I was charge came for the mini bar of the last guest I told them I had not touched anything and they removed the bill on my final check they tried to ask me to pay again for mini bar when it had not been used by me all in all a very disappointing stay would not recommend to anyone

Hotel ohne kostenloses WiFi

- Top-Lage - altes Hotel, aber sauber - zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter ABER: kein Kostenloses Internet, was bei den Premium-Preisen und die dem Premium-Image, das das Hotel von sich gerne hätte, absolut nicht mehr zeitgemäß und einfach nur lächerlich ist So verärgert man ansonsten zufriedene Kunden stark!

Das Personal des Hotels ist ausgesprochen freundlich, das Hotel selber in einem bedauernswerten Zustand. Undichte Fensterdichtungen ersparen die Klimaanlage, welche sich nicht regulieren läßt. Lage gut, mitten in Leblon.
