Overall the hotel and staff were really good, the room spacious and the restaurant and breakfast were both great. The only issue I had was with the bed that was too soft and the sheets had some stains on them, but they were clean. I'd stay there again.

Nosso check in seria em 27.04.2025. Em razão do atraso do vôo, chegamos bem tarde ao hotel (na verdade, chegamos já no dia seguinte, em torno de 01:30 da manhã), mas ainda assim fomos muito bem recebidos, sem qualquer problema. Funcionários prestativos, diligentes e atenciosos. Quarto bem limpo. Recomendo.

Achei o atendimento da recepção terrível, atendente muito mal educada e grosseira. Limpeza do quarto ruim. Me cobraram por um quarto para um casal e uma criança mas quando chegamos demoraram para encontrar uma cama infantil. A pessoa da limpeza reclamou que eles não tem estoque de travesseiros e toalhas.

I had a recent stay at this hotel. It was only a short day as I was flying out early the next morning. So I did not get to experience the entire hotel. The hotel room was clean and needs. The staff are friendly. The general common areas aside from reception were quite humid, so I don’t expect there’s air-conditioning throughout. Same with our room. Although it did cool down rather quickly. I had to leave early in the morning so could only partake in the basic breakfast. It was a bit disappointing. There was bread that was left out so a bit stale yogurt, granola and cereal options. And some fresh fruit. But just the quality was not there. I’m not sure what the full breakfast was like it might’ve been better. I was not able to experience the pool, but it did look lovely.

I walked from the airport. But if you had bags you would want to take their free shuttle which runs regularly. The room felt a little old and battered but the lobby and dining area are very nice, staff was good. I would much rather hang out here for a few hours than at the airport if I had a long lay over.
