The hospitality of the staff at this Hotel is exceptional, including the cleaning and other support services staff. Such a friendly and kind group of people. They all went above and beyond to assist me and all the other guests as far as I know, with whatever query or needs we had. They even helped with suggesting things to do with the added benefit of their local knowledge. I’ve always said that good customer service will get any service provider 95% of the way to a satisfied customer. This team of professionals made the experience very pleasant for me. In fact I’ll be as bold as to say they had a pleasant family amongst themselves. Very cool. I will highly recommend this Hotel to my friends and family. Thr room was not what i expected. Yes clean sheets..BUT worn out towels, window cracks and dirty , mold on inside where curtain tracks are, half painted paint area. Back room lacked kleenex.The air conditioner worked and mini frig. The restaurant and bar was great. Food was great. Front desk greated us nicely even though the ac by them did not work for lobby area. Pool was nice. and mini frof. Food in restaurant and bar

Staff very friendly and helpful, speak great English as well. Not really any restaurants around so be aware. Breakfast was decent and starts early. Rooms are dated but clean. Bed very comfortable. Shuttle to airport every 20 minutes. Price was good.
