Funcionários muito educados e receptivos, quarto confortável e bem limpo. No entanto, não vale a pena, em hipótese alguma, pagar à parte pelo café da manhã. As opções eram extremamente limitadas, o pão estava duro, os alimentos expostos não transmitiam uma boa impressão de higiene e o pão de queijo tinha um gosto desagradável. Além disso, itens como requeijão, manteiga e similares não eram disponibilizados em porções individuais, ficando em potes de uso coletivo, o que, de forma geral, reforçou a impressão de pouca higiene. No fim, ninguém conseguiu comer nada, sequer tomamos café, já que o adoçante disponível era de uma marca muito ruim, o que também deixou a experiência ainda mais negativa.
