It bothered me so much I had to go down every day to the reception, to reset my key card because the cleaning lady had used her key card and that changed the touch code…. Also the front door was deteriorated, and I had to move the handle several times so it could open….

The property is beach front, so it is very convenient to stay by the beach. Lots of places to eat around the area and lots of grocery stores. Staff were really nice especially in the dining area (our booking included breakfast). Breakfast selections are good, though it was almost the same varieties per day. :) nonetheless, i would stay here again.

It would be ideal if the rooms had a coffee machine, at the minimum. A microwave would be super. Sometimes we had restaurant leftovers but were unable to reheat.

Across the copacabana beach! We had a beach view from the window :) Breakfast was good, rooftop was nice for a drink / dessert! Pool is minuscule … Very busy hotel, staff at reception are always busy and there is always a wait but super nice and helpful. They couldn’t provide us with an umbrella when it was pouring outside :(

The hotel is across Copacabana beach, very convenient for early morning swim. We had a big room with a big comfortable bed. Good breakfast selection with hot and cold options and local fruits. The rooftop pool have a very good view of the beach especially at night.

There were good room service, clean bedroom and hotel, nice view from the rooftop of the ocean and Rio. I think should have a clock at each room and microwave to heat food. A bench at the outside of the hotel would be nice as well. They gave bag of ice as courtesy but I got shocked they usually charge for ICE.
