Internet horrível, tivemos problema com café da manhã , por onde fechamos , marcamos com café da manhã , chegando lá estava reserva sem café, zero negociação, faz 4 anos que passamos natal lá , compramos ceia de natal e não conseguimos uma negociação no café que de acordo com eles fechamos sem , muito me surpreende com criança nunca fechamos nada sem café , pessimos para negociar sem flexibilidade. Para o próximo ano vou repensar , sempre ficamos no mesmo hotel. Funcionários com pouca vontade de resolver seu problema.

The front desk was extremely rude to me. My key did not work on four out of six days. They try to charge me for having a guest when I was checking out of the property. They had one of the three elevators out of service for most of the trip.
