You will discover close to the conservatory a large bathing area with a private swimming pool of 7x13m with sun loungers as well as a covered terrace that is ideal to enjoy the sun and freshen up at the same time.

The fully equipped summer kitchen located inside the large screen conservatory next to the house with its covered terrace for 23 people and view to the pool area, will give you the opportunity to gather the entire group and enjoy a delicious barbecue.

Moreover, kids and youngsters will surely appreciate the playground with slides, swings, tree huts and of course, the ping pong and the foosball tables! There is also a bocce ball court of 7x15m next to the swimming pool.
