Just wish the parking was free and maybe a continental breakfast for the price we paid, would be nice. The room itself was spacious, clean, a/c worked great and in a nice location, not right next to the bed like other hotels, which makes the person next to the a/c freezing and the other overheated. This ac location was perfect. Enjoyed our stay here, would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Rude staff. I was in my room at 10 AM and could not get it cleaned, and when I went to FD to let them know that they can clean now, the lady was rude and told me that the cleaning crew is very busy so they cant accommodate more cleaning!!! When they did clean the room, they did a poor job and didnt even clean the bathroom!

We booked 2 rooms for a stay of a week. Before arriving I got an email saying check in will be at 3:00pm. Upon arriving the front desk told us they had no rooms available, that the room will be available in 30min- 1 hour. We waited and after an hour of waiting the front desk still said that there was no rooms available. They said we could leave and they would call us. We left frustrated at the end of the day they canceled our reservation and we found somewhere else to stay.

When we tried to check at 630lm was told they had norms while the other girl was checking in other guests. I was asked for a phone number for them to call me to check when room was ready. I left went to dinner and never got a called around 830 I called to ask of broom was ready and they finally said your room is ready. Worst customer service ever!!

Parking charge

The room is nice, my wife and I have came here the last two weeks because I’m working out of town and this is halfway in between my job site and home. When I came on the 23rd, there was no charge for the parking but when I came back on the 29th, they charged me $18 for parking. I don’t like the inconsistency and that inconsistency will probably have a staying somewhere else on weekends from now on. I actually thought we found a great place but I don’t need to be going through my bank account looking for random minor charges

The property location was convenient for our needs. Location, price, and Marriott's reputation was the reason I booked the property. The people were great. Everyone we encountered from the front desk to security,.were friendly and helpful. My only complaint was finding out there was an $18 daily charge for parking. I don't know if I missed it on the booking site or what, but I would like to have known ahead of time so I could have considered that cost in my decision making.
