The lady at the front desk was rude. Maybe she thinks she provides good customer service, but her voice is passive aggressive and rude. We booked a room with a balcony. But apparently they only have two rooms with a balcony. Why do you have it offered as available if it’s not? So we were confused and her response was “You can check out if you’d like.” I paid for a balcony room, I expect a balcony room. I don’t see how that is an issue. Anyway, we go in the room and it’s decent. The smell of cleaning chemicals are overwhelming. There was a roach by the tub in the bathroom. There is no tv in the bedroom. There is no AC in the bedroom. Both are in the living area. Would not stay again. We opted to check out early and go home early.

The first room we got rm 124 smelled like a smoking room. It’s a non smoking hotel so the customers before us didn’t follow the non smoking signs. They were able to switch my room and it was much better.

Room was absolutely incredible. Location is wonderful. Super close to a mall and some food spots. I was honestly blown away this was not a 5 star hotel until I spoke to the staff. I had a minor issue with the staff while my mom had 2 terrible experiences of the staff being both unhelpful and extremely unkind. However, the room itself was insanely clean and pristine. We stayed in a 2 queen bed room and we were wowed by the comfort of the beds and the shower/water pressure. The only other “complaint” is that the room is a bit loud but I truly think if you have earplugs, you’ll be fine. I would absolutely stay here again!
