The bath tub looked horrible, like it was never cleaned. There was hair in the tub out of the tub and grime hand prints on the walls of the bathroom. We were never notified of the water being shut off and could not shower. When I called down they said it was for 20 mins ams it was 3 hours. We had to cancel our outing plans. As well as my kids did not know the toilet would nOt flush and had to poop on top of poop and it sat there for 3 hours till could be flushed. We booked 4 nights and stayed 1. We checked out, and were so disappointed. I asked about what can be refunded and they told me none. 350$ down the drain.

Positives-The staff i interacted with were great. Bed was comfortable and the breakfast set up was great. Negatives- property had trash strewn everywhere outside, there was hair on the shower walls, and the only outlet in the bathroom, anywhere close to a mirror, was broken and non functional. No way to use the hair dryer.
