Room: sink broken, showers sprays water upward, there was no hair dryer (I had to call reception to request one), one electro plug by the office table doesn’t work, finally the bed side carpet has ugly stains or burns. The place needs maintenance. I was in this hotel multiple times before and it was always great. Something changed: either management or maintenance staff.
