Housekeeping never come to clean the room or change the towels during 3 nights. Wrong information on the map location on the Hotels.com website - The hotel indicates Kingdom Centre, but it doesn't match their address...A shame after you booked and organised all your meetings around the wrong place, far away from the Subway (1km) as well

Good

The Hotel is brand new, very comfortable and clean. The breakfast has a lot to improove, they only serve you at the room and it doesn't taste nice. They serve fries in the breakfast... there isn't restaurant and the location doesn’t help on this sense, so, it is another key point to improve. The best is the staff team, ghey are very gentle and very helpful.
