The staff was excellent and the whole atmosphere was welcoming. The downside was the breakfast which was disappointing..(eggs with brown on the inside and raw) and the temperature in the room would go from too cool to too hot in a matter of a few minutes. The issues with the eggs and room temperature are quick fixes so with improvements, I would willingly give the hotel five stars.

Good but expensive for what it offers.

The stay was good, but I feel that this hotel is overpriced. The whole place looks a lot like a cheap dowm and the breakfast is made up of waffles, yogurt, bread, boiled eggs and cream cheese. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean, but I still dont think it justifies paying $170 for a night.

Trade show stay

The hotel has a friendly front desk, the room was clean, bed was comfortable and the bathroom looked recently renovated. The breakfast had the basics but they were ample and fresh.The hotel is convenient to major roadways and less than 2 miles from the downtown area. Plenty of parking and we'll lit parking lot.

Very enjoyable stay for spur-of-the-moment trip!

I was pleasantly surprised as a first time guest of Spark hotels. I have always been a Hilton fan, but had never stayed in the scaled down version, so when I needed a last minute accommodation for a funeral visit, I chose this because it was close to my events. I could not have been more pleased! The place was impeccably clean, the breakfast was sufficient, and the bed was super comfortable. The room does not have all of the "bells and whistles" of most hotel rooms but I actually appreciated that minimalistic feel! I mean, hey, if I was some hotel coffee I can certainly pull myself out of bed, get dressed and go to the lobby! The price was reasonable, the location was excellent, and I will most definitely stay there again if I am in that area. Thanks, Spark by Hilton!

The overall property was great and the staff at check in was amazing. I checked in late an it was super easy and convenient but when i went to lay down i noticed the sheets and pillow cases had not been changed from the previous guest.
