It's a lie,most of the photos of the hotel is fake

Everything they offer is not what it was supposed to be. The pool was closed and the whole area was dirty and messy. The room had stains on the walls and doors, everything was untidy. The cleaning was done, but the structural damage overshadowed everything.

Worst I have ever seen !!

Parking lot was full of crack dealer! The room was full of mold. Staff haha well they was as bad as the shack they rented. No refund the pool was closed with trees growing in it I give this place a zero. Please take my word it’s disgusting!

They have stray cats all in the office. The staff looks like he was on some sort of drug. Not to mention the 3 rooms I enter all had roaches crawling around. The bedding was terrible bed dented in and the sheets had burn holes all over it. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. I can’t believe they would try and rent those rooms out close it down asap. It’s getting worse by the years

Low-cost room, and still a rip-off.

I'll start with the positives- service was friendly, maybe a bit slow, but good. Internet access was working well after a slow connection start. Now, with the negatives. Very uncomfortable bed, woke up with lower back pain after both nights. TV didn't work. Very uncomfortable chairs. Bathrooms were just weak. Water temperature for the shower was difficult to control, often felt I was gonna scold myself with how hot the water got. Toilet was difficult to flush, having to press on the tank cover to get it to flush without breaking the flush lever. Nightstands and table looked old and outdated. Wall trim was chipped in several areas. Room looked less than plain, just pale and pathetic. Oh, and it looked like another individual (or 2) looked to be living in a room as a regular home. No access to the pool, despite it being the summertime. For what I paid for the room for 2 nights, it truly felt like a rip-off. Roanoke is a great place to visit. The hotel, however, does the city no favors. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. Despite the friendly service and good internet access, I will not stay at this hotel again. Next time I'm in Roanoke, I'll stay somewhere else in or around the area.

Staff attitudes match the rooms; DISGUSTING

We reserved a room online and we were refused service or a hotel room as well as a refund. The staff were blatantly prejudiced and the most unprofessional and unfriendly creatures I've ever had the displeasure of interacting with. The same staff works at the Super 8 right down the road from them. Stay in a box on the side of the road, the homeless shelter or just throw your money in the air as confetti before wasting it here!!
