Lovely rustic escape. Was a wonderful spot for our family to stay wile visiting Robertson for a wedding. Wood fireplace perfect for cool nights, bbq outside great for enjoying the clear day
We loved the rustic cottage with fireplace inside , and fire pit outside. Girls of the fam Iâll let away for my mums 70th. Walking distance to the pub and cafes, and we made a lovely roast in the oven one night. Love all the little ornaments/ details/ books , stained Windows, and Thankyou for the bottle of wine .Thoroughly enjoyed our stay
We throughly enjoyed our weekend stay. The house had everything we needed and spending the evenings in front of the fantastic fire playing games and just chatting was the best family time spent. It was just a couple of days but we come back home relaxed and rejuvenated.
Very special place for a weekend go away. our family and our dog enjoyed the stay. Love the look of the property . The only thing needs to improve a bit is the bathroom. A seperate shower will be better. Thanks Sherif.
We had a great stay, everything was lovely.
It was 8 degrees outside but with the fire it was perfectly warm inside.
Beds and towels were great quality.
Kitchen was well equipped.
Home full of character for those who enjoy cooking and fireside reading
A beautiful home, albeit cold when we arrived and took a while to warm the place up with a gorgeous central fireplace. Some good books in the library and a well equipped kitchen for those wishing to be disconnected as this property doesn't come with wifi. The first two items are necessary when rained in, as we were for the first couple of days. We enjoyed some genuine downtime, cooking, eating and gathering around the fire before emerging to explore the region.
The ambience of the home is rustic and simple with the requisite character. Open shelves/cupboards in kitchen not ideal for young children, as was the bathroom rather difficult for an elderly or less mobile person to get in and out of a bath without assistance. It was hard to figure out from the listing photos.
Being central to Robertson but just on the outside, gave us convenience and peace; we got the best of both worlds, so location is prime.
Sherif's communication was efficient and friendly, always quick to respond and accommodate our requests making out stay additionally cozy - thank you!
My husband and our dog thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house. It was perfect for our getaway to the country. The house has everything we needed and Sherif has put a lot of thought into making sure we are comfortable. The house is very well equiped!
Robertson is a cute little town and the house is in walking distance to the shops and pub. Highly recommend!!
STUNNING stone cottage in a quiet, friendly neighbourhood.
Super convenient location in Robertson, a quick walk to the local IGA supermarket, fruit shop, coffee shop, cheese factory, bistro, cricket field and local playground.
Sherif's communication was great! We loved the extra touch of arriving to a nice bottle of red wine, milk in the fridge, firewood for the colder nights and plenty of books to read. Bedrooms were clean, comfortable and cosy, kitchen is rustic and well equipped.
My older parents found the bathtub/shower a little difficult to get in and out of, and the bathroom floors get really wet after each shower. Otherwise, a Fantastic stay and my four legged child had an absolute BALL.
This cottage of sandstone is unlike anything we have visited in Australia. Huge, impressive fireplace that really works well - the fire warmed the whole house. Stone floors and walls, open shelves, felt like somewhere very different.
Dog friendly worked well.
Needs some tidying up in garden. And hot water takes a while to come through (but signs to explain this).
Shower over clawfoot bath might be challenging for some - not alot to hold on to.
Street very quite and pleasant area to walk around and close to the great eateries and galleries of Robertson. Sherif easy to communicate with and pleasant.
