Check in staff did not make us feel welcome. Seemed annoyed when we asked questions. Similar poor attitude at check out. Room was not clean. Red mold in toilet and black mold on the tile floor grout. We were there two nights. No one came into our room to make beds, empty trash cans, provide additional coffee or do any other thing. However, it was a different story in the gaming area where the drink servers were friendly and personable. A good variety of slot machines. They seemed to pay off fairly. Food was good and fairly priced.

Couldn’t take my own bags to my room with a cart my bathtub drain was plugged up. Nobody cared. The people at the players club were rude and never gave me what I was supposed to get. I don’t think I need to say anymore, but I could keep going, won’t be going back.
