We stayed at this location for a Mayo clinic appointment. The place is refurbished, new and clean. Linens are clean and rooms are clean and quiet. Hourly shuttle service to Mayo Clinic is free which is blessing to those have appointments.

A gem in Rochester

This is one of the nicest hotels I have been to in a long time! Spotlessly clean, updated rooms, breakfast area, hallway carpet, everything was very nice. Extra touches as well-decorative pictures by every door, wonderful, upbeat saying on the inside of bathroom door. This hotel exceeded my expectations.

The people at the front desk were so nice. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was also clean. The breakfast room was also clean and breakfast was good. Only one thing I would ask to check is hair products, as there were no hair conditioner left in their conditioner pump. I was already in the shower and couldn’t ask at that time. But I would definitely stay here again.

The mattress was maybe 6 inches thick and hard as a rock! I booked a room through expedia not knowing it was handicapped, got to the hotel and found that out, clerk switched rooms, and charged me an additional $30 which i was not aware i was going to be paying, and disnt even find out unil checking my bank app because the clerk never gave me a receipt, paper or electronic!!

I dropped my ring on the floor when I went to pick it up you could see they are not cleaning under the head boards or the heaters the toilet would only partially flush and if they had cleaned the toilet they would have know that.

The property was nicely renovated; had a great breakfast selection AND even offered FREE soup and bread around 6pm. Pool and hot tub were open 24 hrs, though pool was being treated. The only negative was the elevator had stalled and needed repair. Also offered shuttle to Mayo though we chose to drive ourselves anyway. All in All a great property
