The bathroom door was jammed and couldn’t shut it…they did fix it. The heat never turned on. Couldn’t get it to turn on… it was set at 68 and it would not go any higher. It never turned on even though it was cold on the room. We didn’t know that until we returned at 10:30pm. Large stain on the carpet. Won’t stay there again or recommend it. You expect more from a Hilton.

This was our 4th or 5th time staying at this hotel and since our last stay, they have updated the lobby. They removed the hotel bar and replaced it with a rolling bar cart that is open 5-9 and no bar stools. Just not as nice as it used to be in that regard. However, the staff is always nice and pleasant, easy to work with and the rooms are always great. For the one night we were there, a perfectly acceptable experience.

The hotel’s pool was very cold and not useable. Although Expedia said it has a restaurant, it had none; only a breakfast bar. I had brought my grandkids and it fell far short of my needs and expectations.

Nice hotel, good location. But ask for your room to not be along Broadway. Our room was and there is a lot of traffic noise all night that prevented us from getting a good nights sleep prior to my husband’s appointments at Mayo the next day.

Room was clean and the staff was friendly and very helpful. The shuttle drivers were very kind and helpful. It was nice being able to walk to Mayo thru the connected sky bridge and Mayo subway walk. The price was a bit steep, especially if you pay extra for the right to cancel.
