There is furniture sitting through the hallways. I only stayed one night and the power went out for around 2 hours overnight. Besides that everything was ok. The property is a bit out dated but that didn’t bother me. I just needed a clean place to sleep to go visit the Mayo clinic

I liked the closeness to Mayo for our appointments. It was a bit expensive though for what the accomodations were. The sink was down to a dribble and it was difficult to get the shower to work. We never did get hot water from it. The bed did not sleep very well compared to hotels in this price range. The sink and bathroom is at the foot of the bed, so anyone getting up in the night is right there to wake you up, especially if they use the sink. I liked that there was a restaurant within walking in the subway system and ease of getting to our appointments. The couch in the room was nice.

Gray mayo accommodation

Perfect hotel for appointments at mayo. Hotel is dated but extremely clean and comfortable. The access to the clinic is wonderful especially when the weather is not good. You don't have to go out at all. The restraunt on site CB3 is wonderful as well as the coffee shop. Jimmy johns is another iron for something quick. The staff were all friendly and accommodating.

We have stayed here 5-6 times in the past 5 months. Everything has been good. We had a heating issue this stay and the maintenance came up immediately and fixed the issue. Great for going over to Mayo's through the underground walkways.

The front desk staff was so friendly and accommodating. We had to arrive early in the day for appointments and they allowed us to park in the garage. When getting the parking pass they had a room available and they offered to let us check in at 7:45 a.m. The only thing that I was not happy with is the breakfast. They ran out of a few items very early. I let the one person working know about it after10 minutes of him checking it for refills and he did not remove the empty container or let us know they were out. When asked again when I saw him in the hall "he stated the were short on supplies."

In general, it is a good place to stay. It is close to the Mayo Clinic which is helpful. The inside hallway near our room was full of furniture all 3 days. Our room was fine but didn't have all of the amenities that are usually provided (enough soap, etc.) The staff was very nice and helped as needed.
