helpful staff; charmless quarters

the manager was incredibly helpful getting heat to the unit - as it was not working when we arrived. that said, we were placed somewhere other than where we booked, being told the first one was double-booked. the new one had too many stairs for two elderly women, and was precisely what we had sought to avoid. while clean, the unit had no charm or warmth whatsoever.
Stayed 2 nights in Apr 2023
