We were thankful that we were able to stay at a home that was close to an event my daughter needed to be at. We only had drive about 6 min. I was neverous about parking but it all worked out. If i had any questions or concerns they where great with getting them answered or quick to help in any way. I would recommend this place for a good place to go to events like the strong museum. Most popular grocery's stores where about 15 min. Which i thought was not bad to get to walmart or target. If want eat put they have alot choice to drive to!

I feel if you pay to stay here you should get free use of the drive way and not have to swap your car back and forth from one side of the street to try an avoid a 50 dollar parking ticket . Other than that the stay wasn’t bad

2nd stay and it won't be our last

This is our 2nd stay at the property and we enjoyed our time. So much so we're hoping to book it again very soon. It was easy to stay in contact with the owner, there were plenty of kitchen supplies, the temperature of the property was comfortable. Only suggestions I might add is a small curtain on the upstairs door, a can opener and that's really it that I can think of now. Again this was our 2nd stay and it will not be our last. p

Needs a deep clean

The host was nice and reached out before we were to arrive. Unfortunately the apartment needs a really deep clean. There was a dirty sock in the kitchen, mouse poop all over, under the beds were dirty, and there was dry blood on a comforter. The worst part was the hair that was on the wall and soap in the shower. The neighborhood was rough, but that’s no fault of the owners.

Great stay

We had an amazing stay at thia location. We were a family of 10 but we were comfortably. The hoat was amazing. She replied quickly with any questions or concerns. Kitchen was stocked with different kinds of utensils, pots, plates, and cups. There were plenty of clean fresh towels and sheets. The neighborhood was quite and peaceful. I enjoyed sitting on the porch in the early mornings and late evenings. There is a playground down the street and toys are provided on the inside. The host was great at informing us about any issues in the surrounding areas. Parking was great. We had a lovely time and looking forward to ataying again when we are in Rochester.

It was convenient to oak hill country club, it was clean, no cat smell when got upstairs , beds were a little too firm and pillows not good, definitely bring own pillows, overall it was very good for the amount of time spent there basically just to sleep. Host was easy to reach and helpful .

Completely misrepresented- not a 3br

Was here 10 minutes before leaving. Listed as a 3br, is a 1br. Their attempt of calling a closet a br by tossing a mattress on the floor does not fly. We understood there would be an air mattress, but not all multiple. No privacy for more than one couple. Dirty sheets on beds, hair in the bathtub, and no communication from the property manager on how to get in prior the getting there and having to call them. Was told by homeowner to call husband upon arrival if any issues since she would be at work, no answer and no return call from him. Attempted to get a refund from Evolve, the property manager, and they never once contacted me before deciding to keep my money anyway. After having great experiences the rest of my trip using only VRBO properties, I’d stay elsewhere if I were you.

Nightmare Stay

We didn't know where the entrance was when we arrived at the house. After we got in there was a smell of cat urine and cat poop found in closet. Son-in-law who works in pest control found Roach bait in kitchen cabinets. They left immediately but I thought things were okay until my son saw 2 roaches on the ceiling. I was able to catch one of the roaches for the owners to see. We then immediately after that staying in a Hotel 35 minutes away. We were only refunded 1 night instead of for both nights. Will not use VRBO in the future.

Fine but could be cleaner

It was a place to sleep, and it functioned just fine for that. We wished the carpets had been vacuumed, bathroom mats cleaned, etc. The beds and towels were clean. It would’ve been nice to have the fridge and freezer running in advance and to have better stocked kitchen drawers—there was no spatula to be found so we had to flip our eggs with a plastic knife. Otherwise, it was just fine. The kids enjoyed the toys in the entryway.

Great stay

The host was kind enough to let our family of 11 stay here for three nights. It was a little cozy for our larger group, but that's to be expected with as many as we had! The host was communicative, helpful, and positively delightful. The house is in a great location for access to anything in Rochester. Would stay again if we're back in this area. My younger children absolutely loved the pinball game - probably more than the things we came to Rochester to see.

Graduation Stay Family of 4

Originally we planned to bring a big family as the place said it fit 11. Upon some family incidents occurring, only 4 of us made it. We were so grateful that was the case as the listing is very inaccurate and does not at all comfortably fit 11 people. The listing was very falsely advertised.

This house was well represented. We had no real issues. They provided everything we needed. It was a fmaily trip to go see the Children's museum. There was tons of room, and everything was so nicely decorated. No issues!

Beautiful decor and a relaxing environment!

We all really loved the feel of this place! The decor was beautiful, and the hosts were very kind and helpful. We really appreciated the little informational notes that explained how to use appliances and so on. There was a nice informational booklet listing sights and food spots to check out in the area as well as the distances for these spots. They also had a supply of games on a shelf under the TV which we enjoyed playing. The only issue we had was a little confusion with checking in and the front door getting stuck, but there was an alternate entrance we used and the issue with check in was cleared up quickly with the hosts. Other than that it was a wonderful stay! :)

Great host home away from home

Nice stay and every accommodation was made by the host to have our family of five feel welcome. Definitely an oasis away from the busy cityscape. The kitchen and bathroom was fully stocked and plenty of amenities for the baby too. Welcoming host and made sure we were taken care of! When you step into the doors of the upstairs apartment you feel calm with water feature and plenty of natural light. Cute baby room and wonderful decor and bedding available for the kids. I have rented from many sites (first VRBO) often you feel like you do not have enough sheets, towels, silverware, etc for our busy messy family. We did not go without in this rental. Even provided chargers in every room.
