Clean and well-appointed. Fully stocked kitchen supplies, beach chairs/towels, board games, etc. Full window wall overlooking the ocean. Located at the far end of town on a quiet beach. Walk right out to beach from parking level.

Girls get away

Floor to ceiling windows was amazing for relaxing and looking at the ocean. Everything full-sized in the kitchen made cooking our own meals easy. Loved the cozy blankets in every room. Very comfortable. Easy beach access. Beautiful sunsets.

Birthday Getaway

Gorgeous, both the condo and the location. Can't beat being in the corner unit most central to the ocean view. 1st Floor means about 20 steps to the condo door, however that gets your view over the dunes and a place to park your car under cover. Upon arrival we found the place fully stocked to include any and all spices, oils and even Coffee, granola bars, popcorn and enough essentials to cut of initial shopping costs. Within an hour of arrival, we received a text from the owner making sure everything was ok. Honestly, couldn't ask for more. Great choice of Locations and place to stay and responsible owners.

Beautiful View

Great location. Easy drive to surrounding towns for exploring. The view of the beach and water from the large windows in the living room was breathtaking. Kitchen was well equipped and beds are comfortable.

Perfect location for hiking and beach combing

This property is better than the online listing portrays. First, it’s in the perfect location for beach combing between Cannon Beach and Tillamook and access to Highway 101 is a breeze. It also has private, covered parking with access directly into the unit up one flight of stairs. Second, it has the best view of the ocean with plenty of privacy so anyone walking along the beach won’t see inside. Third, it was exceptionally clean and comfortable with enough dishes, pots/pans, cutlery and linens. Last but not least, Karla is extremely easy to communicate with and made the entire process simple. We will return!!

Ocean stay

We had a great time it was a place of respite after a very taxing time moving my 90 year old aunt into a new residence. To be able to stay at the edge of the ocean in such a lovely, peaceful space was healing. Thank you to Karla who was as impeccable as the condo she offers on VRBO. High ratings for a memorable stay.

Amazing views! Great living space

We have stayed in condos on the same property and have come back to that location because it's so close to the beach and the units are the perfect size for our needs. This particular unit was also stocked really well with things that made our trip just a little bit lovelier: beach towels, beach chairs, a portable cooler and lots of blankets! Our host was also incredibly attentive when we had needs come up (how to access the TV stations and the lock not working the first time). It was great to know if we needed anything, she was available. We'll definitely be back!

Just a great experience and exceptional ocean view

The view of the ocean is unbelievable. The condo is very comfortable and the amenities well above expectations. We plan on returning next year, and highly recommend the property and the property hosts.

Clean and Great Location!

The condo was very nice, the views were beautiful, easy beach access. One suggestion would be window shades or drapes as the afternoon gets very bright and hot at times. You would not be able to watch a movie in the afternoon without window coverings in the living room.

Great place!

Steps from the beach, clean, beds were comfortable, on-site parking, great host, great location whether you’re heading north or south for the day. Check-out process was simple. Visit the Beach Bakeshop in town for some yummy treats! If I had to make any suggestions it would be to replace the pan/skillet set in the kitchen as they were all worn and scratched up, grater was also broken. And some type of shade in the living area would be a great plus as that evening sun can be extremely bright. Otherwise it was a wonderful place, we’d stay here again!

Great beachfront vacation location

We loved our Rockaway beach visit. The condo was clean, had an amazing view, and had some great goodies for the family: beach towels, toys, and even camping chairs. Karla was very responsive when we had questions, and really has a feel for hosting visitors. We'd love to visit again!

Breathtaking, relaxing and comfortable accommodation

Ocean Edge had us in awe daily, from crystal blue skies to stunning sunsets to storm watching all from the front wall of windows overlooking Rockaway Beach and the ocean which was steps away. We LOVED our stay here. The condo was very nicely decorated and contained everything needed for a comfortable stay including a few extras. The condo is located on the north end of town away from any possible hustle and bustle in the sleepy town and beach of downtown Rockaway. We would highly recommend this vacation rental. Karla, was amazingly communicative and very accommodating. We CAN'T WAIT to return!
