Check in not great. My fault for emails into junk mail, but then 20 minutes on phone for customer service. We had asked if we could check in early , got told that Casado that we would not know until check in day and then never heard.When we got here:- bad smell like dead mouse in kitchen, checked all cupboards but didnât find anything.- lower level VERY damp, could use dehumidifier, clothes damp in mornings - hot tub smelled bad, so didnât useKitchen , main living area, view, location all great.
