We booked and paid for a 2 king-size bed room, we got a room barely big enough for one person with one bed, we could barely fit our stuff in the room and the staff was very rude about it and wouldn't fix the problem, so we paid for more than what we got. Very disappointed and will never stay here again

Great place to stay

We always stay here when I'm town. It's convenient for us. It's clean, the beds are comfortable, the hot breakfast which is included is nice. The staff is friendly and it's safe.

Good, & great location!

Check in was friendly. The room was average. Not any "extra" space. Besides a desk chair, there was no seating except on the bed. It was clean, although there were some dings, & dents here & there. The pool was great. Not too big, but perfect temperature. The location i fabulous! We wouldn't encourage someone not to stay here, but with all the other hotels in the area, we'd probably try somewhere else. Mainly because of the tightness in the room space.

Nice stay in Rockford

We were traveling to attend a funeral. Need nice place at decent price. Room was very comfortable with plenty of hot water. Only comply about breakfast was yogurt choice and no bananas or apples for fruit only oranges.
