Honestly- I’ve stayed at multiple locations in the Dekalb/Sycamore area and this hotel was the best value and the nicest. The rooms, lobby, and hallways were clean, staff friendly and helpful, breakfast was great- legit no complaints.

The customer service was amazing , everyone was very nice and helpful. The hotel was clean , the rooms were clean and accommodating. The morning breakfast was awesome . Andre at the front desk deserve to be the face of the hotel . He was truly a pleasure to work with from start to finish . His customer service is what made me decide to stay at the Hampton vs the Home 2 hotel .
