Positives - Hotel was clean. Room spacious and clean overall. Staff friendly. Convenient location. Okay price. One of us found the bed comfortable. Good shower. Negatives - Our nonsmoking room smelled of smoke. No daily room service - so we did not get fresh towels or linens during our 3 day stay. Biggest issue was noise. There seems to be no insulation. We could hear people above us and people outside quite clearly. No light blocking shades or curtains (just a slatted blind) - so the bright lights from the parking lot illuminated our room at night. For a newer hotel some of the fixtures in our room showed lots of wear (the metal table lamps were rusty in spots). No ice machine- though ice trays were in the fridge- you just have to wait on making ice. Not the worst hotel I’ve stayed in, though I would not choose to stay here again.

There was no hot water for taking a shower. It was lukewarm at best. No ice machines. The vending machines had no water in them. The tv remote.only worked if I sat at.the edge of the bed. Maintenance took over 3 hours to come up and check the tv only after i came down and asked what was taking so long.
