Location is AMAZING! Apartment is spacious, clean and has all you need and more. The only issue we had was we needed to request more toilet paper as we stayed 5 days and 1 roll was not enough for us. Highly recommend! We will definitely stay here again.
The Crows Nest is an open, bright comfortable loft. The views from every angle were breathtaking. The location was perfect for shopping, dining, beach going, and relaxing. The loft offers quintessential New England charm. We are already considering our next visit. Thank you Matt for all of your personal attention insuring our visit was a fantastic.

Comfortable and relaxing
Matt was very responsive and gave great advice about how to get around the city. Place was very clean and had a number of accomodations, including; coffee, hair dryer, body wash, shampoo, etc.
The loft is historic and beautifully done. Very comfortable, and the location is central to everything in Rockport. I walked 15 minutes from the commuter rail station and didn't have a car, and had no problems. Lots of convenient amenities like toiletries and coffee provided. Love the skylight windows that provide both light and a nice breeze
The loft was as advertised. As an older couple (53,62) the only thing we found to our displeasure was the TV. Unless you had your own streaming apps and knew your passwords you were not watching much.
The care the owners took in turning the Crow's Nest into a breathtaking retreat is evident in so many ways, from the blend of the old beams and floor to the very modern decor and amenities. There's a lovely feel of being high above Bearskin Neck with views out the generous windows and skylights. Truly a special place to soak up the true Rockport experience. Though the kitchen is described as minimal, we found it had everything anyone would need. There is a wide open, spacious feel to the whole place and it might be noted that there is not a bedroom per se, but rather 2 queen beds tucked under the eaves; some might find it difficult to sleep two people comfortably in either bed. Overall a delicious experience!
