Modern villa with HEATED POOL & 400 m from the spa La Laguna hotel

This renovated and modern villa Anna Deluxe (2017) is fully enclosed / Alarmed and connected with a Central / Electric gate on the drive-way. The villa is provided with AIR-CONDITIONING, and underfloor heating in every room for the colder winter months. Since 14/01/2024 we did another investment (SOLAR ENERGY), we installed 21 solar panels to be C02 neutral. On the driveway we installed as well the possibility to charge your electric car.

- SMOKE-FREE VILLA is provided for 4 people (two couples or parents with two
children), has everything what you need to have an relaxing holiday after a year full of
stressful work.

- OUTSIDE: 8/4/2024 we start a new renovation of the pool (9 x 4m) with new modern
bigger tiles what gives a nice effect in the water, the POOL CAN BE HEATED with a
heating pump to warm-up the water till 30 degrees for the colder months. The pool is
with LED illuminated and can be changed with 14 different colors &
there are plenty of outdoor lounging / seating / relaxing dining areas uncovered or
the covered terrace.

- There is a GAS-BBQ in a special build shed.

- Clients can park their car on the drive-way, there is space for just one car. If you have
an electric car... chargeable on the driveway

- GARDEN: The extensive grounds have been planted with Palm and conifers.

- UTILITY ROOM: There is a Washing machine, Iron, Iron-board, Vacuum Cleaner, etc....

- SERVICE: Cleaning / Towels / Linen:
The Villa can be cleaned on a daily / weekly basis i (extra payment of 10 € charged per
hour) on request.
There is plenty linen o change over the beds.
There are plenty towels / even 8 beach towels.

Electricity, water, towels, sheets are included the price.

- TV: In the lounge you can watch all channels of your own languages thanks IPTV
The bedrooms have a TV but connect with a Satellite (ASTRA 2) free channels.

The villa offers a nicely modern furnished accommodation for 4 people who will be able to enjoy its a secluded location in the private residential area of Dona Pepa I, Cuidad Quesada. The property has a good position and there are excellent views of the salt lakes of La Mata and Torrevieja from the roof terrace.

- RECREATION: The local water-park (Ciudad Quesada) is on 4 km, there's another one
in Torrevieja on 12 km, and the local golf-course (La Marquesa) is on 5 km distance
from the Villa.

- SECURITY: The Villa is connected with an Alarm Central (Security direct 24 hours).
All doors and windows have a security contact & security grills. All this done to give
the clients the maximum feeling security and to be save.

- SPA RECREATION: on 400-500 m of the villa there is the 4**** SPA HOTEL LA LAGUNA
with (steam-baths and sauna, aroma therapy, massage, Jacuzzi, hair dresser, and a lot
more)

- BARS / RESTAURANTS: The hotel LA LAGUNA has an outstanding good restaurant
where you can eat for reasonable prices.
Around the hotel are plenty bars, restaurants like (Italian/ Chinese / Indian / Spanish /
international kitchen) all on 4 to 500 m walking from the Villa.
Of course in Ciudad Quesada are plenty more of restaurants.

- SUPERMARKETS: on 400 m we have ALDI, CONSUM and a English Supermarket with
few restaurants around them
on 800 m we have LIDL, MÁS y MÁS with few restaurants around
them.
On 4 km we have two MERCADONA supermarkets
