The Workhorse Suite is a fully private loft located above a converted barn on a quiet countryside property.
Inside you’ll find:
• A cozy living area with TV
• A plush queen-size bed
• A private bathroom with walk-in shower
• A convenient kitchenette (coffee maker, microwave, mini fridge, sink, and air fryer)
• In-loft washer/dryer combo
Best suited for 1–2 guests (maximum 3).
Just minutes from Loudoun County wineries, vineyard wedding venues, historic downtown Leesburg, Patrick Henry College, and the WO&D Trail, the loft offers both privacy and convenience.
The property also includes a private residence and a separate rental, The Fort. Guests traveling together may choose to book both spaces while maintaining separate accommodations.
Guests access the loft via exterior stairs leading to a private entrance with Smart Lock check-in. Parking is available on the gravel driveway near the barn.
The suite does not share interior space with the main home or other rental, ensuring a fully private stay.
