Villa Ennio is an exclusive private villa with swimming pool, spa, Jacuzzi and sauna, located just 10 minutes from Rome and overlooking the beautiful hills of the Roman countryside.
The villa offers a peaceful and panoramic setting surrounded by nature, olive trees and fruit trees, while still being very close to the city. It is the perfect place for relaxing holidays, family gatherings, private events or wellness retreats near Rome.
The outdoor area features a large private panoramic swimming pool, sun loungers, relaxation areas, gardens and spacious terraces where guests can enjoy the sun and the view in every season. The pool area and terraces can comfortably host yoga classes, wellness activities or small retreats with approximately 16–20 yoga mats.
During colder months guests can enjoy the indoor wellness area with a heated Jacuzzi for 9 people and a sauna, creating a perfect spa experience all year round.
Inside the villa guests will find spacious and elegant interiors with multiple living areas, fireplaces, a private cinema room, fast Wi-Fi and Smart TVs. The property also includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining areas and comfortable spaces designed for relaxation and social gatherings.
The main part of the villa comfortably hosts up to 7 guests. For larger groups it is possible to open the rustic wing of the same villa, which has an independent entrance but is part of the same property. Great stay

Very clean and accurate description. We really enjoyed our stay. The train station is a 15 to 20 min walk and takes you to Central Rome station in less than 30 min. Host was excellent in communication and the property was clean and beautiful. All necessities were provided and even some more. Kids enjoyed the pool. Thank you :)

What a beautiful home! Wow, this place was perfect for 8 of us Canadians. Pool was perfect. Sauna was perfect. Hot tub is seasonal which is understood, but we may not have realized that until the day of, but it was not a big deal. The owner was very quick to have the property care manager help us with a small vehicle issue - which was very helpful. We needed a food delivery - the owner was quick to help, and the food was awesome! Quiet area, very relaxing!

Fantastic!

We had such a great time at Stefani’s home. We had been in Europe for 3 weeks with our 9 year old and this was the perfect place to relax for 5 days before we headed home to the states. The pool and home were spotless and we loved the location away for the crowds of Rome but close enough (30 min) drive to colosseum and all sites in Rome. Renalto was also amazing and always available. Highly recommend! We look forward to returning with more friends and family.

Great house and perfect host

House was just as described. Was very clean and filled with all the amenities you could possibly need and more. Stefania was an excellent host from start to finish, going above an beyond helping us to organise taxis on multiple occasions and offering advice on nearby restaurants and train stations. Will definitely be back!
