Stylish apartment near the Vatican

Our family (4 adults) stayed for 6 days in the apartment, which is located in a very short walking distance from the Vatican. The check in-procedure was done in person by the landlord and very uncomplicated. The apartment was very clean and spacious. The furniture was stylish and new, as shown in the pictures. We especially appreciated the small balcony. We can sincerely recommend the apartment and would like to come back anytime.

Great location really close to Vatican with lots of space and a wonderful patio balcony for family of four. Metrò stop a few blocks away, two bus stops within two blocks, walking distance to many old town tourist sites. Two blocks from many restaurants on Borgo Pio. AC worked great. Washing machine was very easy to use and fast cycle time. Great place. Woud definitely stay again. Very quiet.

Spacious apartment in Rome

Communication with property manager was excellent and we were allowed to check in early and leave our bags while the property was being cleaned. Apartment is as shown in photos. The location is convenient to many restaurants and coffee shops. The only negative were the beds. Our beds were only made with a fitted sheet and a flat sheet. The duvet in the closet did not have a cover on it and it didn't appear that the blankets in the closet were clean. This issue could easily be resolved and may have been an oversight during our visit.

Great experience!

First of all, we’d like to thank the hosts for the immediate responses to our messages, and for the great tips and suggestions for the hidden gems in and around Rome. The apartment itself was perfect: 1) Great location - key for us as we intended on walking to the all sites, 2) Very spacious - other apartments we were considering would have been too tight for our family of four, 3) Super clean - a factor which was even more important to us than the location, and 4) It has great character (that kitchen!). It has all the amenities our family needed to make it a very comfortable five-day stay.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The beds are super comfortable. It has a great location, many restaurants, coffee shops and small grocery stores are nearby within walking distance. The only negative was there was no a/c outside of the bedrooms so the majority of the home was on the warm side. However the bedrooms were comfortable.

Great location for us to easily be at the Vatican/St. Peters within 8 minutes. Many restaurants nearby. Our niece was ill with cancer so she needed a great location like this. Washing machine was great. No dryer, but we hung clothes.

Lovely Apartment

This apartment was beyond a dream ! Super chic, clean, elegant, well designed, spacious. I never do apartments, always hotels but since we were 3 friends we wanted to be together and i am so so happy we book this one. Location is fabulous, walking distance from all the important monuments, nightlife is great, clean and safe. We were 3 guys in our late 30’s early 40’s so we are not party people, we enjoy quiet, chic and good food. I can’t wait to come back - if you book this apartment please keep it in perfect condition like now because i need to come back soon!!!

Great location and spacious flat! We walked to all the must see sites, and walked different routes to see new things. So many great restaurants nearby, do not have to walk far after a full day of site seeing to find great food. Highly recommend this place!

Wonderful Visit to Rome

It was a great stay, especially if you are visiting the Vatican. There are great restaurants in the area. I felt very comfortable walking around the neighborhood. There are multiple food markets if you want to throw something together. FYI the dishes are not in the kitchen, they are in the dining room. It took my mom & I a second to figure that out LOL. Over all great trip! Great Apartment!

Spacious and Comfortable in a Wonderful Neighborhood

We were met at arrival. Apartment was just as described. All needed amenities there.A perfect location. Would definitely choose again. You can walk to anywhere. Vatican City is very close. So is Castel Sant'Angelo and the Tiber. So many good restaurants nearby. Don't miss Borgo Pio.

Two blocks from Vatican, and away from the night life vs across the river. So if night time quiet is what you are interested in, this is not bad. The better restaurants are across the river, its a walk but not bad at all.. Host is good in communication/response. There were ants in the kitchen and the stand up shower did clog up (Learned to add a delay in others showering usually 30 minutes in between which solved that issue )

Rome Getaway

We had a wonderful stay in Borgo Angelico! Steps to the Vatican and St. Peter’s Basilica. We walked to all the major monuments and neighborhoods. Delicious eats just around the corner! The apartment is just as pictured and described. We had many delays so we had a late arrival and we were met without a problem. For an additional fee they also scheduled transfers from airport to apartment and after our stay transportation to the port. Thank you! We will be back!

Rome interlude

Beautifully maintained apartment with lovely proportions. Light filled living area courtesy of a quaint balcony with French doors. Great location just outside the more frenetic tourist areas of Borgo Sant Angelo. Very close to the Vatican, buses and the metro station at Ostiense. Would definitely stay here again.
