We had a great stay. The location and amenities are as described in the descriptions. The hotel is in a great location and everything needed in steps away. I highly recommend this place and if ever in Rome again, I will book my stay here.

I stayed at Arpinelli Relais the whole time I was in Rome about 9 days- 10/20/25- 10/29/25. A very special boutique hotel in the Centro Historico district of Rome. We landed early afternoon, unpacked in the comfortable charming room (the photos don't come close to the prettiness & comfort of the place) the rooms were spacious, very clean & the bathroom was new - with good towels and hair dryer-the beds were extremely comfortable. I had searched for places that were centrally located- & Arpinelli Relais was perfect. We went right out after unpacking and saw the Trevi Fountain...walked another block and was in front of the Pantheon..around that corner was the Piazza Navona and down another street was Campo di Fiori. These were the top things on my list and I saw them in the afternoon that we landed in Rome. We easily walked back to our rooms & dinner was in a small restaurant across the street. The front desk was very helpful and easy to contact- Zara is great- she gave us a map and pointed out the best sights the day we arrived. I will be going back to this hotel again.

Great place to stay around the corner from the Trevi Fountain. Very central for walking everywhere. Special recognition to Zara who helped us with anything we needed including transfers, restaurant reservations and advice on what to see! For a 1st time visitor to Rome this was much appreciated.

Staff was amazing, zara was very helpful, the cleaning staff was very honest, they found our wedding ring that had fell off, thx. Location was perfect walking distance to trevi fountain.

Firstly, the host Margarita tended to our every need. (6 middle age ladies)We had a restaurant booked ready for us & it was the best a big 5 stars. She arranged airport transfers and made sure our stay was perfect. The hotel is unique. The parquet flooring and furnishings are beautiful. The ceilings are incredible. The showers were up to date rain showers with good pressure too. Be aware, the hotel is just a street away from the Trevi fountain so is in a very busy area, you may need ear plugs if you are early to bed people but you are so conveniently placed for all the attractions. Breakfast in the little BAR, 5 doors down is highly recommended. €10. Pre book any restaurant. Highly recommend Trattoria della Stampa.

Really loved how friendly everyone was, how even when I got in early they stored my bags and even brought them up to my room when I came back. I was given a your if everything, and the communication was always prompt. Everywhere I wanted to go was on walking distance and you can’t beat the Trevi Fountain being literally around the corner. As a “VIP” I had a bottle of wine waiting for me which was special and made the welcoming more special.

Beautiful property, literally two blocks from Trevi Fountain. Walking distance to everything, restaurants, main sights shopping and easy to public transportation. Very comfortable beds, good shower and good air conditioning. Itvis in a villa that has been in family for many generations. Beautifully decorated, felt like we werw stepping back in time, with modrrn conveniences. Will definitely stay again

If you're traveling to Rome and you want a true Rome experience, you definitely need to stay here. 2 minutes from Trevi fountain, 10 from the Spanish steps, and every other major attraction is within walking distance. On top of that the hotel is beautiful and the service was exceptional. Everyone we dealt with was lovely and went out of their way to make our experience the best possible. If we're ever back in Rome we'll definitely stay here again!

The reservation was part of a trip we gifted to my parents. The area was quiet, for the most part, but meant a decent walk to the various attractions. 2 things that I thought were interesting and not listed in the description: 1. The power to their room was only active with a key card present. This meant no fans/AC when they were away from the room, which meant it took a while to cool down. 2. Their room was part of a larger area that could have been a suite. There were 3 bedrooms with locks, and a seating area and kitchenette to be shared between the 3 rooms.

We loved our stay here in Rome! Our room was so beautiful and big! Large windows with french balcony overlooking the busy streets in the heart of Romes historic center! This place is perfectly located for Trevi Fountain! Restaurants and cafe's everywhere, shops and fresh fruit stands - they sell wine! Walk to taxi stand, banks and Spanish steps 10 mins away! Lovely owners who live on 4th floor - Makarana was so lovely and helpful at reception! Would recommend!

The folks at this establishment have figured it out. Their service was impeccable. The property is very convenient and secure. I'm doubtful that we will be returning to Rome, but rest assured, if we do, I will be staying here again! Special props to Macarena (just like the dance). She laid out the important things to do while in Rome and also let us know what to expect regarding the Taxi fares.

The hotel staff were excellent from check in to departure they had a WhatsApp account to contact them for queries and acted as online concierge. The room was spacious and quiet even through a short walk from the Trevi Foundation there was no noise in the night.
